With a capacity of 100000 MT per annum, over half of which is consumed by the parent company - Karamtara Engineering Private Limited. The KSPL plants use modern testing facilities such as the Spectrometer and Universal Testing Machine to ensure precision of quality control. In addition, the plant is ISO 9001-2008 certified. KSPL has a license from Bureau of Indian Standards and approval from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.

KSPL has a list of Transmission sector clients such as KEC International Limited, Jyoti Structures Limited, Gulf Jyoti International LLC, Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, EMCO Limited, Reliance Power and Gammon India Limited. The customer menu of KSPL includes Government Electricity Boards for Maharashtra and Karnataka.
